The movie talks about the surveillance age, when he ECHELON program was brought up!! Jon Voight is a director in the NSA that he killed the mayor I Think or someone with a high position and was caught in tape by an animal watcher, and was sent to a computer hacker in which the NSA will track him down and prevent him from spreading the Video! While on the chase the hacker bumps into Will smith the layer and slips the video into his bag, therefore he becomes a victim to the NSA!! WATCH IT ETC….
